The player controls the snake head on the board. The snake can be moved on the board in any direction that he prefers, it will continue in that direction until the player switches directions or it hits into a wall or into itself. The player loses when the snake runs into any screen border, or into the snakes trail. The object of the game is to see how many apples the player can eat without getting out. One apple will appear on the screen at a time. Everytime the snake eats an apple it will get one spot longer, meaning as it moves forward, it will leave a longer trail behind it. There are different speeds that the snake can move at, the player is able to set it to his desired speed.
